Having been in the tattoo industry for a while, I've learned a few things. My goal with this blog is to answer some of the questions people may have about tattoos in general and to give some instruction on how tattoo shops work.

- Over the last few years I've worked in different tattoo shops, doing different things. I've covered greeting customers, cleaning the shop, making stencils, drawing tattoo designs, all the way to tattooing. Now, I've taken a break from tattooing for a while to learn new things about the industry. I'm taking trips and going to as many tattoo conventions as I can. After I do this, I will go back to tattooing. As for me, I currently have over 10 tattoos and nine piercings. Don't worry, I plan on getting many more.

My new work out and diet plan
Everyone always says they'll start eating healthier and exercising more for a new years resolution. Well, I'm just now starting my workout plan, but I'm gonna stick with it. I mean it. I used to work out every single day, even if it was only for 15 minutes.
I'm going to look online with Clear Wireless Internet Service to possibly get some new ideas for work out plans. I know Clear is a good service provider; good prices, fast service, etc. Clear Internet is a good choice for most people.
As far as the diet, I'm going to stick to low fat and calories, high fiber and the required daily percentage of protein. I plan to work out at least 4 days a week, mixing strength training and cardio, even though I hate doing cardio. :/ I'm not going to give up this time! Actually, I'm looking forward to it. :)
